For more information, please visit www.grail.com . We are in search of an adept and seasoned Systems/Business Analyst for a temporary assignment spanning 6 to 12 months. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in remediation work carried out on a critical software product supporting the NHS Galleri trial. The role is based in our dynamic central London office (Euston, Knowledge Quarter), requiring on-site presence for 3 days per week.

You Will:

    • Remediation of JIRA requirements and collaboration with the Test and Quality teams
    • Partnering with our Quality team to perform a gap analysis on documentation compliance and provide regular readouts during weekly stand ups (involving all relevant stakeholders).
    • Partnering with our Quality, Programme and Test teams to create a prioritised remediation plan to address findings from the gap analysis.
    • Implement remediation activities from the remediation plan and engage with all relevant stakeholders.
    • Provide input on strategic initiatives to prevent future deficiencies and remediation from being required.
    • Partnering with our Clinical Data Management (CDM) team to ascertain the regulatory requirements for records and data management
    • Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including software Developers, Quality, and Programme Managers and clinical teams to align on project objectives.
    • Work closely with the test team to ensure remediated requirements generate appropriate test cases.
    • Collaborate with the Programme Management and Quality teams to ensure deliverables meet business and compliance needs.
    • Release Coordination and Reporting
    • Support the Programme team on release deliverables where necessary to implement remediation findings.
    • Regularly generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders, providing insights into progress, challenges, and key performance indicators.

You Background Should Include:

    • Proven track record as a Systems/Business Analyst, confident and competent in using the JIRA issue tracking tool.
    • Familiarity with the healthcare or clinical trial sector is highly advantageous.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
    • Previous experience in overseeing large-scale projects within a regulated environment.
    • Product lifecycle management is highly desirable. Understanding the needs of a product in later stages of the life cycle.
    • Familiarity with one or more healthcare data capture software - such as an electronic data capture (EDC) - would be desirable.
    • Qualifications:
    • Degree level educated, preferably within a STEM discipline, although not absolutely required.
    • Ideally 3 years experience in a Business/Systems Analyst role within software.
