Job Description
We are seeking a gifted and talented
Account Executive to join our
Paris office. This role involves engaging qualified prospects, demoing the Aircall solution, providing technical assistance, successfully navigating a proof of concept and negotiating contracts. It is a fast-paced role that fits high energy and smart sales people.
About the Role:
- Use outbound selling strategies to create pipeline and find new business
- Manage prospects from qualified lead to closing
- Position and articulate the Aircall value proposition to medium businesses.
- Educate prospects through complex sales-cycles in order to create excitement and enthusiasm across multiple stakeholders
- Work side by side with Sales Development Representatives and Partner Account Managers to i dentify business opportunities and accelerate your existing pipeline
- Consistently prospect to maintain strong pipeline coverage and consistent quota attainment
- Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications
A little more about you:
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience is mandatory with knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPICED / MEDDIC a bonus
- Fluent in French and English , being able to exchange in Italian or Hebrew is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce and revenue engagement tools such as Gong, Outreach, Salesloft
- A proactive , driven seller able to identify and communicate business pains and outcomes, drive urgency and take end to end ownership for quota attainment
- Successful track record of closing net new business and generating your own pipeline
- Demonstrable organisational and time management skills
- Competitive and driven to achieve goals , build new skills and bring new ideas on how to do things faster and better!
