Office and Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for an Office and Operations Coordinator to ensure the efficient operation of our workplace. Your role will encompass managing vendor relationships, organizing and facilitating company events, handling office supplies, and supporting the HR team in recruitment and onboarding processes. This multifaceted role demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What you'll do

• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, overseeing logistics and necessary arrangements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing necessary information and updates to candidates and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers
• Support new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork and orientation scheduling
• Be the main point of contact for vendors related to office facilities; including cleaning, maintenance, office supplies & equipment, and inventory of snacks and beverages
• Perform light office cleaning duties to maintain a tidy workspace
• Assist in booking travel arrangements for executives
  

Your background

• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities effectively
• Proactive problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluent in Dutch and English
