Your Mission

Activision has an exciting opportunity for a Senior People Technology Analyst to join our People Tech team. This dynamic and varied role manages the performance and maintenance of our HR systems while driving efficiencies around processes and solutions. We are looking for a systems specialist from a HR background who is passionate about data, providing great service and can think holistically across the HR functions.

Player Profile

Reporting to the People Technology Manager you will:

  • Be responsible for maintaining and supporting modules such as Core HCM, Time Tracking (US), and Benefits (US) Reporting, Performance, Talent, and Security in Workday.
  • Monitor, review, and optimize HR processes (online and offline).
  • Building basic and advanced custom reports and extracting data requests
  • Provide support for HR System upgrades and enhancements to include prioritization, functional design, documentation, testing, training, implementation, and support model design.
  • Consult with functional leaders and SMEs in HR to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that increase operational efficiency, maintain compliance, and positively impact customer experience for HR, candidates, employees, managers, and business leaders.
  • Collect, document, and maintain requirements and policies.
  • Manage support queries from employees and HR via our ticketing system.

Knowledge and Skills

  • 5+ years of previous HR Tech/HRIS experience is required.
  • Experience working in a live Workday production environment is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree desired
  • Strong knowledge of Workday configuration of Core HCM is key.
  • Intermediate knowledge of multiple other modules that can include Performance, Talent, US Benefits, US Time Tracking,
  • Good understanding of HR operations.
  • Analytically minded with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Comfortable processing large, critical data sets with high accuracy
  • Experience with full life cycle HR Technology related projects, including requirements gathering, design, execution, testing, and change management preferred
  • Project management capability and personal organization skills, particularly delivering against projected timelines.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with ability to translate technical information to simple language and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Focus on security and confidentiality.
  • Can spot opportunities, curious about data insights, and proactively seek insight and answers.
  • Use critical thinking to create innovative solutions.
  • Tenacious yet collaborative.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and creative environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $80,800.00 - $149,400.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
