The Employer Reputation Specialist (Employer Branding Specialist) role will provide process management and operational support in key strategic Mars Employer Reputation initiatives: Employer Reputation: Attraction & Retention Activations & Digital, Social Media & Recruitment Marketing (implementation, support and maintenance of key programs).

Additional responsibilities include special projects as assigned, and contribution to the Employer Reputation community (e.g., sharing best practices with teammates & stakeholders).

For this specific role, the Employer Reputation Specialist will deploy regional strategies (Europe MEA/India) especially across Poland.

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Deploy cross-segment One Mars employer reputation activities which include innovative campaigns, and processes that strengthen and increase the awareness of the Mars employer reputation.
  • Administer and maintain Mars careers webpages for the region in line with global careers page guidelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Deploy CRM campaigns to build and Interact with Talent pool.
  • Administer and maintain multi-channel social (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.), digital (Career site, Glassdoor etc.), and next generation employer reputation strategies to increase employer reputation awareness and foster a more robust talent pipeline.
  • Create and deploy outstanding recruitment campaigns on social, manage paid media on social channels, measure ROI.
  • Coordinate the routine activities of Employer Reputation operations and create protocols for efficiency.
  • Responsible for running reports against the identified key metrics and make recommendations on areas for improvement to enhance the Mars employer reputation.
  • Managing relationships with Employer Reputation vendors, developing processes and monitoring vendor efficiencies.
  • Create and facilitate streamlined communications to all stakeholders to educate and cascade Employer Reputation information to the region.

What are we looking for?

  • 3 years project planning & process experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience working in employer branding and/or recruitment marketing.
  • Great understanding of social media channels and trends.
  • Previous experience launching and managing recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Good knowledge of an employer value proposition and the role it plays in an overall communication strategy.
  • Employer Reputation & Branding, Talent Acquisition - HR, Corporate Affairs, Social and Digital management, or a related field (preferably within a corporate environment)
  • Experience managing external vendors.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills both English & Polish, with the proven ability to communicate with all levels including management and external parties.
  • Willing and able to assume a travel schedule of up to 15% (mainly in Poland and 1-2 times in a year in EU).
  • Bachelor’s/Masters’ degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, social media, and applicant tracking systems strongly preferred.
  • Successfully led projects or processes in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Strong project management, people management, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate and solve complex business problems and situations.
  • Experience of Marketing tools/tactics, social media platforms, digital campaigns.
  • Ability to navigate computerized system or other key recruitment system is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Ability to interpret global process, practice local operational policies, address issues, troubleshoot for resolution and escalate issues to appropriate parties as needed.
  • Ability to prioritize business and customer needs.
  • Experience working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights.
