Service Delivery Manager

Key Job Responsibilities:
* 3-5 years Government Programs/Medicare/Medicaid regulatory healthcare experience required.
* 3-5 years of management experience in a fast paced environment required
* Knowledge of Enrollment processes on Facets platform preferred or other comparable processing system.
* Experience transforming complex technical requirements into an easily understood summary details for design and development consumption
* Analytical skills including critical thinking and problem solving
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
* Experience working both independently and in a team environment
* Experience with estimation planning and assignment requried
Non-Technical skills:
* Able to articulate ideas, vocally and in writing
* Experience in Health Care
* Contribute in all phases of report development
* Ability to follow up and resolve complex issues or problems surfaced by the team
* Should have good communication skill & Analytical skill.
