As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering world class solutions for our GTM teams.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop and support business capabilities on the Salesforce platform and third-party systems & integrations
  • Partner with business analysts and business teams to understand requirements and implement scalable, reliable and secure solutions
  • Configure and customize Salesforce application/solutions as per business requirements
  • Build and deploy custom solutions on the force.com platform
  • Identify solutions for complex requirements across topics like integration, data, and non-standard Salesforce capabilities
  • Document technical architecture & designs
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and recommend solutions beyond Salesforce to meet business needs

Who you are

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related major
  • 8-10 years of Salesforce experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
  • Solid understanding of configuration, data model / architecture and security model
  • Solid working knowledge of Forecasting, Enterprise territory management functionality
  • Hands-on experience with building custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce and LWC
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ prefered
  • Broad IT background and sound business acumen including business architecture, technical architecture, software/systems engineering, cloud computing, and the software development process (SDLC)
  • Strong end-to-end understanding of GTM processes
  • Solid experience integrating applications using platforms like MuleSoft/Workato
  • Strong understanding and experience with implementing modern applications at scale using Agile methodologies
  • Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred
  • Analytical skills to understand business problems and propose best technical solution
  • Best Practices understanding on Coding Standards, Deployment and Governor limits
  • Working knowledge of GIT Version control with Bitbucket/Github/Gitlab and CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to effectively present and defend point of view to a variety of audiences
  • Desire to continually study new technologies and industry trends, leveraging capabilities of existing technologies to the fullest to meet business outcomes

The compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their location, relevant skills and experience. For Colorado based roles, the base salary range for this role is $148,000-$173,000. The total compensation package also includes the opportunity to receive benefits, restricted stock units, and may include incentive compensation.
