The Role

BuzzFeed is looking for a Paid Social Coordinator to join our growing Ad Distribution Team. You will focus on online promoting BuzzFeed branded content across multiple social platforms, analyzing data trends to improve decisions, and recapping performance to ensure positive campaign results. You will have daily interaction with other teams such as Account Management, Sales, Business Operations, and our external clients to ensure smooth delivery of all advertising campaigns.

You Will

• Manage aspects of BuzzFeed's media buys, including trafficking, optimization, and reporting, across multiple social platforms, ad servers, and ad buying platforms.
• Ensure all contractual impression and view goals are delivered-in-full.
• Perform QA checks on ad creative, and work with the Account Management team to resolve any conflicts or concerns.
• Work with Account Managers & Sales to discuss campaign goals to work toward those goals.
• Complete data entry of delivery numbers for billing purposes.
• Support the larger distribution team with assistance across organic social postings, reporting needs, and general campaign support.
• Report to Senior Manager of Social Discovery

You Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of experience with how advertising on social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat) works with a curiosity towards new ad products, user trends, and ever-evolving platform ecosystems..
• Proficient Excel/Google Sheets skills and the ability to manage and analyze large sets of data.
