ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Support Specialist provides administrative support services to the Peloton Commercial Sales department. Responsibilities cover a wide variety of tasks that require attention to detail, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and clear communications. Areas of support may include, but are not limited to, report preparation, data reconciliation, creation of purchase order requests, coordination of meetings, and special projects as they arise. This position involves a high degree of interaction with all levels of management, internal team members, and external customers. Tasks range from simple to complex. Organization, follow-through, flexibility, and systems knowledge are important factors to being successful in this role. The Sales Support Specialist will be expected to work with minimal supervision while performing multiple tasks. This position reports to the Director of GTM Operations and Systems.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

Sales Rebates

  • Generate and reconcile a high volume of monthly, quarterly, and annual rebate reports for Precor and Peloton Commercial customers in accordance with contractual agreements.
  • Send customized sales reports to customers, using customer portals where required.
  • Manage payment process, from creating purchase order requests for customer rebates to coordinating payments withFinance.
  • Maintain an accurate record of all contractual agreements that include rebates and communicate updates to cross-functional teams.
  • Develop monthly rebate accrual estimates and communicate to Finance. Strategic Account Agreements
  • Manage the strategic account agreement request and approval processes working closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal.
  • Maintain an accurate record of all agreements and keep Salesforce accounts current with proper documentation.
  • Oversee tracking and execution of arranged payments working closely with Sales and Finance.

Utilization Reports

  • Create and update equipment utilization reports for customers and Sales teams.
  • Schedule and maintain the automated delivery of utilization reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 3+ years of sales support experience
  • Proficient skills using Excel.
  • Experience using SAP, Salesforce, and reporting tools such as Business Objects and Looker.
  • Familiar with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
  • Ability to problem-solve using critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and complete tasks efficiently and quickly
  • Constant attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivation to provide excellent support in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work well independently.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Takes a no-excuses approach to making things happen and takes responsibility for own actions and results.
