About the Team & Opportunity:

The Engineering Product Management team is responsible for assisting QuartetHealth and Innovatel Medical providers, Clinical staff and Care Coordinators in meeting their daily operational as well as product support needs. As the athenahealth administrator, you will work alongside Innovatel Medical Subject Matter Experts to ensure the EMR and Practice Management System functions appropriately for all end users. You will also work directly with the Athena Customer Success and Client Support Teams to optimize current workflows and troubleshoot ongoing issues.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage user access - New user Creation, SSO management, Role/Permission updates
  • Triage issues from end users across Clinical, Revenue Cycle and Patient Engagement functions and log them in the respective ticketing systems by severity types
  • Update and maintain administrative tables in athenaNet as it relates to Issues, Updates, and Expansion, including new service offerings and new clinic location add ons
  • Manage multi-phase project plans, including execution of tasks/deliverables and maintenance of risk and issues log
  • Manage athenaNet environments (production, clienttrain and preview)
  • Develop, update and schedule reports through Report Builder as well as partner with data analytics teams to utilize data view as necessary
  • Work on other related and applicable job duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with athenahealth including a comprehensive understanding of Collector, Communicator and Clinical workstreams and administrative tables
  • Excellent Written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of API and HL7 Interfaces
  • Experience with Salesforce and JIRA
  • Experience with athenaOne implementation
  • Experience with athenaTelehealth
  • Experience with GSuite
