The DSM Team is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to drive the development and delivery of InVision’s DSM ( Design Systems Manager ).

What you’ll do:

• Write secure, maintainable code that for the world’s leading product design and collaboration platform
• Work on the DSM frontend SPA which is written in React
• Work on backend microservices written in Node.js
• Size assigned work, identify risks and create mitigations, identify and resolve technical and quality issues, with some direction for more complex issues / work.
• Provide operational support for the team’s products and support team members to do so.
• Implement software development and operations best practices.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of Fullstack experience designing and building high volume, scalable SaaS applications from end-to-end. Strong proficiency in React. Typescript is nice to have.
• Familiarity with streaming and messaging systems; Kafka is a plus.
• Experience debugging complex issues; you can debug a web application problem all the way from the browser, through the transport, to the application, servers, databases, and asynchronous queues.
• Use of continuous integration and delivery technologies.
• Motivation to understand the business, our users, their requirements, and to deliver results.
• Passion for continued learning and a track record of picking up new technologies and skills as you ship awesome code
