Role Overview Role Mission Help grow Sidebench through proactively sourcing and engaging a trusted network of contractors and trusted partners to reduce time to staff and help improve staffing operations with key partners. Role Description As the Manager, Talent Community you'll be focused on building a network of trusted contractors across key disciplines like product management, product design, software engineering, and business analysts and managing relationships with Partner teams to ensure they are excited to contribute and proud to work for Sidebench. You'll be responsible for managing the overall contract employee and partner employee experience, staffing project assignments, and ensuring everyone is working efficiently together across all teams while managing staffing assignments and supporting our staffing and reporting systems. Responsibilities Foster and Grow the Contract Talent Community Proactively source and establish relationships with freelancers in the product design, software engineering, business analyst, SMEs, and product management communities at budgeted ratesMaintain an active and accurate list of 5+ available freelancer in each of the above categories by regularly communicating with and engaging the communityEnsure <8 days to staff RAPID engagementsEnsure <10 days to Dev Kickoffs when converting from RAPID to Dev Project Team Staffing Manage staffing assignments & timelines for all engagements with contract and partner talentManages a smooth onboarding of teams to new project assignmentsSupports staffing changes by reallocating and re-onboarding team members as neededMonitors the FTE team's capacity to make sure no one is being over-worked or under-utilized and flags any outliers to Product LeadershipAssists Product Ops in ensuring an accurate 90+ day forecast of all FTEs and partner teamsManage all contracts and employment requirements Maintain Processes, Tools, and Reporting Manages the Key Date Tracker, ensures accuracy, and highlights projects and their current status at critical points during each engagement to Product LeadershipMaintains costs and access control across all non technical toolingMaintain access and cost to all tooling Support Forecasting & Reporting Support maintaining an accurate 90+ day forecast for all FTEsSupport monitoring the FTE team's billable allocation at 70%Support maintaining an accurate 90+ day forecast of all partner teams Scoping & Estimations Ensure that the scoping process is adhered to and takes less than 5 business days to enable dev conversions Tools & Team Support Ensure <7 days to client kickoff after contract signaturesSupport giving and revoking timely access to all tools needed by the PDE team and contractors during each projectManage tools costs/budgets Apply for this job
