Overall Purpose: Responsible for supporting Professional Management Talent Acquisition team by performing various duties. Duties may include but are not limited to generating and processing the appropriate correspondence in support of the staffing process, pulling data, inputting data, reviewing candidate profiles,verifying candidates/applicants eligibility status, the processing of new hire documentation, initiation and monitoring of employee background checks, the disposition of Candidates and follow up with Talent Acquisition Manager on required actions needed. Assist with other administrative support projects.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Supporting the processing of new hires and enhancing the candidate, hiring manager and staffing team experience by resolving questions and issues. Follows standard practices and procedures in handling situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

Organizational Savvy
Education: Typically High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: Typically Specialized skill training/ certification preferred. Microsoft Skills tools - word and excel
Supervisory: No.
