As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to risk monitoring and reviews for the organization, coordinate risk mitigation activities, and provide risk mitigation assistance to other groups.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Ethics - Risk Analysis - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Monitor and identify risks to a group or the organization.
  • Coordinate risk activities across groups.
  • Analyze risks and collaborate with team to develop solutions.
  • Partner with teams and business groups on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Implement plans or decisions to avoid risks or mitigate their impact.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences

  • 2 years related experience
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Ability to serve as an initial point of contact for employees regarding a broad range of compliance and ethics matters using multiple reporting methods, including email and phone.
  • Ability to conduct compliance and ethics matter intake and analysis including fact-finding, interviewing, issue-spotting, and policy, code, and procedure analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with various audiences and stakeholders such as employees and senior executives both orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated experience handling sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Experience inputting, organizing, and reporting on matters through tracking tools.
  • Commitment to the implementation, enforcement, and continuous improvement of the ethics and compliance program.
  • Superior analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and on a team.

Desired Experiences

  • 4 years of related experience
  • Graduate, J.D. and/or compliance certifications
  • Some experience conducting investigations, trainings, risk assessments, conflicts reviews, and/or compliance and ethics experience is preferred.
  • Some experience conducting independent reviews of conflict of interest disclosures of varying complexity relating to various financial and relationship issues, and drafting analyses of the same, is preferred
