As a valued colleague on our team, you will enhance and/or refine existing applications and systems to meet new technical requirements with direction from leadership, and perform data analysis at various stages of projects to ensure development of a quality application.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Enterprise Data - Systems Analysis role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with application owners to review business processes.
  • Review and define technical and/or data requirements for routine application enhancements.
  • Support efforts to establish and communicate standards for project teams.
  • Contribute to application test plan and evaluate test results.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Required Skills:

  • Collaboration: Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • Data Analysis: Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
  • Requirements Analysis: Skilled in defining expectations, identifying capabilities, and determining the needs or conditions to be met in developing functional specifications
  • Documentation and Reporting: Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purpose of analysis, data discovery, data lineage and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint

Desired Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and naturally inquisitive with a passion to figure things out
  • Research Facilitation: Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
