Summary & Role Information

• Work in an agile setup
• Executive support to head of SAP Procurement Product Team and effective day-to-day management, including inbox management
• Preparation and organization of internal/ external meetings, management briefs and presentations; following up of strategic meetings with key stakeholders
• Evaluate customer requirements and drive efficiency across the organization
• Monitor progress and execution of strategic projects
• Deliver highest quality work under time constraints given excellent multi-tasking abillities

Experience / Role Requirements

• Effective orchestration skills
• Quick understanding to ensure priorities
• Flexibility, particularly with work schedule
• Very pro-active, being able to identify and implement changes
• Recent graduate with Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or other applicable discipline required
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Empathy, interpersonal, and communication skills to deal effectively with people at all levels internally and externally
• Proven track record of success
• Must be able to manage and advance many topics simultaneously
• Has the ability to challenge the status quo, think out of the box, roll up the sleeves and get things done
