If so HERE Technologies has the opening for you. We are currently hiring for a Global Marketing Logistics Manager.

In this role, reporting directly to the Global Head of Revenue Marketing, you will be responsible for building, coordinating and optimization for our Global B2B demand generations activities. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to ensure budget alignment across the appropriate teams while still maintaining optimization. You will implement best practices as it relates to media purchasing, monthly activity budgeting and activity logistics between the global and regional sales/marketing teams. Must have experience in a matrixed organization and managing interactions between global/regional stakeholders.

In this role you will have responsibility for shared KPI’s with both the Global Brand teams and Regional Sales Organizations. Your function in this role is to manage programs that directly impact these shared KPI’s but still incorporate and encourage key stakeholder feedback.

Responsibilities

• Management of global media purchasing with the help and direction from global/regional sales and marketing teams
• Identify, facilitate, collaborate on programs that enable best in class budget management and campaign optimization
• Maintain a deep cross-functional partnership with the different global Marketing teams, in addition to Global & Regional Sales teams. Establishing clear communication, alignment, and trust with these groups will be critical to success.
• Other vendor management as it relates to Global Marketing programs
• Measure, analyze, and report the impact and results of campaign activity and overall Marketing spend – ROI, ROMI, pipeline generation

Who are you?

Qualifications

You have a strong foundation in marketing and communications strategies specifically in developing and optimizing existing and new marketing channels. You are able to work with Regional and HQ resources to develop and implement effective plans that support revenue generation, sales support/enablement, and communications (both external/internal). You have a strong background in media purchasing in the B2B space and have experience in managing global activity budgets across multiple teams.

• 10+ years of marketing and communications experience in a B2B organization
• A strong background in development and management of budget and activity reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, business or related fields
• Direct experience in go-to-market planning, development and execution across multiple sales channels
• Ability to think critically and make optimization decision based on data analytics
• Deep expertise and experience in B2B SaaS (or similar high volume, high velocity markets)
• Previous background or experience in the Mapping and Location Services Industry is a plus but not necessary
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines and objectives
• Ability to travel up to 15%
