This is a rare opportunity for an individual with experience hiring superb technical staff who also understands the local high-tech recruiting landscape. The ideal candidate will be an individual who’s happy to collaborate on a comprehensive recruitment strategy to support our hyper-growth.

We’d also expect you to utilize your vast network of software and creative talent to fill many exciting roles at Finger Food ATG.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Recruitment team to create Recruitment Strategies to support Finger Food’s hyper-growth
• Act as a subject matter expert in and understand the high-tech recruiting market within the local area
• Lead recruitment portfolio for technology, design, or business operations positions, interacting with hiring managers to determine requisition needs
• Act as the point-of-contact to hiring managers for your recruitment portfolio
• Create job ads, source, screen, interview, assess and make recommendations on candidates
• Work with the ATS to build a viable talent pipeline for all positions
• Collaborate with our internal team to build out and scale our tools and processes
• Represent Finger Food ATG at industry events, career fairs, and technology-related meetups

Qualifications and Personal Attributes:

• 5+ years of full life-cycle technical recruitment experience (Internal or agency)
• Post-secondary education, ideally within Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Experience working in a hyper-growth environment
• Experience working in a tech company
• Knowledge in and ability in technical lexicon such as Unity, React, C++ and more
• Advanced technical literacy (G-Suite, MS Word and MS Excel)
• Experience working with an ATS and HRIS system
• Professionalism while collaborating with varying employee levels
• Excellent verbal and written business communication skills

NIce to Haves:

• Worked in an agency and has dealt with a high number of requisitions at one time
• Has worked with external recruiters
• Strong network within the local tech market
