Job Description

We’re looking for an Office Manager in London to help us scale our culture and make SeatGeek a best place to work across the globe.

Reporting to the Director, Office Operations, you will cultivate a safe, fun and inviting office atmosphere, managing the daily operations of our space soup to nuts, as well as providing event and renovation support for our other European offices.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in the development of office standards, processes, and procedures, and run point on day-to-day office safety and security
  • Oversee workplace projects, including internal office moves, furniture installations, cabling and deep cleans
  • Manage floor plans and seating charts
  • Manage vendor accounts and relationships
  • Manage and track inventory of office supplies, furniture and equipment; oversee all maintenance and identify opportunities to drive down costs
  • Serve as POC to assist coordinate outgoing shipments and incoming deliveries
  • Organize team events, lunches, holiday parties, birthday celebrations, and other surprise and delight moments for the London office; including quarterly team events for the London, Amsterdam, Italy and Copenhagen offices
  • Ensure pantries are fully stocked at all times
  • Track food spending, identifying opportunities to drive down costs
  • Maintain workplace pages of internal Wiki, keeping them up to date with all relevant information
  • Process requests made through internal ticketing system
  • Assist HR/IT with onboarding/offboarding, including providing new hires an introductory onboarding meeting

What you have

  • 2-3 years of work experience in an office support role, ideally in a high-growth tech company
  • Experience working globally, across offices
  • Positive, can-do attitude; no task is too big or too small for you
  • You think three steps ahead and anticipate people's needs
  • You enjoy helping others and making their priorities your own
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • You are a strong communicator, both in speaking and writing
