Job Description

To have a successful and healthy marketplace means we not only have ample supply and ample demand, but we have healthy interaction between the two. Retention is at the core of this and Client Engagement plays a pivotal role in this focus .

Here's what you'll do as part of the team:

Build and grow relationships between Apartment List and our current rental property inventory
Ascertain quantifiable data from our clients and report findings to greater sales/ sales ops organization
Proactively reach out to property managers and onsite teams to understand their sentiment, train on the Apartment List product and help resolve pain points.
Identify new business and up-sell opportunities for our sales organization

Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be successful:

1+ years of customer service experience required
Must have the technical aptitude to learn our proprietary tools and technologies
You are detail-oriented, competitive, have a “can-do” attitude and possess excellent communication and presentation skills
Be comfortable learning and working within software systems like Salesforce, Groove, and Chartio Knowledge of the multi-family industry a plus
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
