In this role, you’ll leading the team innovating on our data enrichment, relationship insights and recommendations, providing a platform and integrations that enable our mobile and web apps to create value for our customers. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams through every part of product development - conducting user research, leading the teams through design and engineering sprints, defining and studying analytics, and shipping Affinity’s next great idea. And you’ll synthesize data from all departments to help define Affinity’s product roadmap. What you’ll be doing

• Own the data pipelines, enrichment, insights and integrations that enable Affinity's core differentiation
• Work with other build teams and customers to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, partner with engineering to prioritize and implement, analyze, and iterate
• Form a deep understanding of our users and new markets by conducting user research, synthesizing data from metrics and sales/customer conversations, and testing core assumptions
• Collaborate and communicate with all departments at Affinity - engineering, design, sales, customer success, and marketing
• Lead deep dives into product analytics to present recommendations for Affinity’s product roadmap based on usage and growth
• Enable Affinity’s QA team to run robust testing processes at scale

We’d love to hear from you if you have

• 4+ years of product management experience at a SaaS company (enterprise software experience a plus)
• Experience working with engineering and design teams end-to-end to deliver the right features - with the right scope - on time
• Strong communication skills that foster cross-team collaboration and ensure alignment on key outcomes and objectives
• Deep understanding and empathy for users
• A proven track record of design thinking and ruthless prioritization
• A passion for Affinity and the problems we are solving

A BIT ABOUT US Relationships are the backbone of the world's most valuable industries—from sales and business development to finance and philanthropy. But the tools used today to manage those relationships are broken. Actionable context remains locked away in the email and calendar streams of coworkers and colleagues, and no one has the time to analyze or organize this exponentially growing trail of data. Affinity ingests and analyzes this massive communications data stream and uses it to power our platform, which helps our customers understand, manage, and leverage their networks more effectively. TECH STACK Some of our core technologies are Ruby, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React, React Native, and Redux. On the infrastructure side, we make extensive use of AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform. We love learning and teaching, and we’re happy to bring on strong engineering leaders whether or not they have experience with these particular tools.
